Audio or visual recordings of the Event and performers, artists or traditional cultural practitioners at the event are prohibited. Use of smartphones and still cameras are permitted but images may be used for private purposes only not for public display or for commercial applications.

 

Use, adaptation or commercialization of Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions without the prior informed consent of traditional custodians is prohibited.

MEDIA:

Members of the print media, photo, radio, TV, online, film and news agencies, Independent journalists, photographers, bloggers, online content creators, filmmakers, sound recordists need to apply for media accreditation.
